Our story
The cedar, a tree of patience and serenity
The cedar is the emblematic tree of Morocco’s mountains: it grows slowly, weathers the seasons and gives off a soothing woody scent. It is this image — lasting, rooted, calm — that our lounge spa’s name carries.
Located at 5 bis Rue de Carthage, in Maârif (Triangle d’Or) in Casablanca, Le Cèdre Lounge Spa was born from a simple conviction: a successful treatment begins with a place where you immediately feel sheltered. Away from the bustle of the city, the space was designed as a private sanctuary of beauty and relaxation.
Here, everything is on a human scale: a lounge, private treatment rooms, a hammam room, and a team that takes the time to listen to you before every treatment.

Le Cèdre Lounge Spa chose Maârif, in Casablanca’s Triangle d’Or. Our idea: to create a calm place in the middle of the city. Behind the door of 5 bis Rue de Carthage, the noise fades away. You first enter the lounge, then make your way to a treatment room or the hammam.
Each treatment room has its own light: turquoise, purple, red or blue. So the atmosphere changes with the treatment. The carved wooden counter and the lounge’s foot baths set the tone from the moment you arrive.
A team that listens
Before each treatment, we take the time to talk with you. Indeed, pressure, rhythm and duration are adjusted to each person. If you have a particular sensitivity, just let us know before the session. The Orient and the modern, without compromise
We believe that wellbeing needs no artifice. The hammam, as it has been practised in Morocco for generations — the steam, the black-soap wash, the scrub — remains the heart of our menu. We extend it with relaxing or toning massages, performed with pure essential oils and natural products.
Every treatment is adjusted to the person: pressure, rhythm, duration. Nothing is standardised. That is what allows our clients to leave with the feeling of having truly been listened to.
